GoodNews was born in Barcelona in 2020 (Covid-19), with the aim of bringing good vibes back to all neighborhoods. Since then, we have managed to bring our Good Vibes to 30 locations, more than 2,000 homes, and over 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam, and Paris.
Our mission is to lead the coffee and functional beverage revolution in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. We are constantly growing and looking for authentic and positive people who share our values and goals. But above all, and most importantly, we are looking for authentic people with Good Vibes!
We are currently looking for a part-time intern to join our People department. If you meet the requirements and would like to revolutionize the world of coffee from a sustainable perspective with a positive impact, we would love to meet you! 😊
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:
* Conduct screening calls to evaluate experience, availability, motivation, and cultural fit for Barista and HQ positions across the company.
* Schedule interviews, ensuring proper coordination of calendars.
* Follow up on the candidate pipeline and keep information updated in the ATS (Teamtailor).
* Post job openings on different platforms if needed (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, universities etc.).
* Create, publish, and follow up on content for the People Instagram account.
* Support administrative tasks and cross-functional HR projects at GoodNews.
* Collaborate in onboarding processes (sending emails, tracking onboarding in the HR platform, preparing documentation, communicating with new hires, among others).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or other educational institution.
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
* Attention to detail and strong learning ability.
* Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
