PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university for at least 6 months. Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages (French or Portuguese) a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Previous experience on recruitment a plus. SKILLS Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Eager learner who can take decisions while also demonstrating initiative. Team-oriented attitude with an ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when necessary. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
