Department Overview

National Accounts sits in Aftersales Business Development and is responsible for the sale of locally sourced parts - oil, tires, batteries and fluids. National Accounts is responsible for managing end-to-end vendor relationships to ensure that vendors deliver on all performance standards required by contracts and develop the business to meet the needs of our dealer partners.

Job Overview

The STAR Intern will play a key role in supporting the National Accounts team by leveraging data analytics and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and vendor performance tracking. This internship offers hands-on experience in business intelligence, vendor management, and process optimization within a dynamic automotive environment.

Responsibilities:
* Collect and analyze data for up to five vendors to develop monthly performance scorecards, identifying trends and correlations.

* Utilize approved AI and automation tools to assist with business forecasting and streamline processes (e.g., invoice reconciliation).

* Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to extract insights, highlight KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for program performance.

* Automate repetitive data tasks to improve productivity and reduce manual errors.

* Prepare clear and impactful presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

Preferred concentration of study:
* Business
* Information Technology
* Data Analytics

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Working knowledge of the following tools:
* Analytical Tools
* BI Tools - SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
* PowerPoint

Additional Information

During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
