Architecture Internship positions at Jacobs provide college students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in their specific area of design study. Working in a dynamic, transdisciplinary professional environment provides interns with valuable experience applying knowledge and skills learned through their academic curriculums in a business environment while working alongside dedicated, experienced, and talented design professionals. You'll be immersed in the process of creating multiple building designs and drawings through freehand sketches and the use of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Alongside senior designers, you'll be able to scale, model, and construct world-class work for our clients across the globe. You will help us design state-of-the-art heavy industrial, research & development, and specialized manufacturing facilities, powering our virtual world today and into the future. You'll be part of a team performing conceptual, layout, and detailed designs while coordinating design and construction activities, studies, and analyses.

Here's what you'll need

* In pursuit of a Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you'll also have

* 3.0 GPA - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
* A portfolio of applicable recent work

The base salary range for this position is $52,000.00 to $70,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
