Essential Functions:
* Support the BiW Supplier Quality team by gathering feedback to prepare reports, presentations for management meetings, and standardization efforts
* Represent the team in cross-functional project meetings related to Supplier Quality of new vehicle launch
* Assist the team member in different projects to steer the maturity level of parts including color evaluations
* Plan and organize supplier and internal workshops related to model year and new vehicle launch
* Assist with the tracking of standard process KPIs related to project management for model year and new vehicle launches
* Support with development of training material for the used systems and reporting applications and onboarding process for new team members
* Opportunity for additional projects with independent responsibilities and a platform to present on various management levels Other regular daily tasks:
* Data and system maintenance
* Support team with creation of standard reports

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:
Student in: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to create reports and PowerPoint presentations
* Ability to analyze and summarize data
* Preferred Skills: Experience with PowerBI, experience in project management, material and manufacturing knowledge
