Manufacturing Intern | Part-Time | On Site
As our Manufacturing Intern, you'll support loss-reduction initiatives across Production and Packaging by implementing Autonomous Maintenance methodologies. This role is designed for active university students who can work 25 hours per week on site, helping drive improvements that reduce downtime, defects, incidents, and material waste.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Train operators on Autonomous Maintenance practices
* Create loss maps, process flow diagrams, risk maps, and hard-to-access area diagrams for selected equipment
* Monitor losses on equipment where Autonomous Maintenance is implemented
* Generate SAP notifications to track opportunity cards created by operators
* Follow up on cleaning, inspection, and lubrication routines
* Develop lubrication maps and lubrication plans
* Track compliance with centerlines
* Support root cause analysis to identify sources of losses
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
* Active bachelor's student in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or a related field
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to collaborate
* Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
* Familiarity with TPM or Autonomous Maintenance
* SAP knowledge
* Availability to work 25 hours per week on site
