Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Intern, Supply Chain you'll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Intern will support day to day planning, logistics, and materials coordination activities within the Supply Chain organization. This role is designed for a college student who wants hands on experience in a real manufacturing environment, learning how materials move through production, how planning decisions are made, and how data drives supply chain performance. The internship offers exposure to cross functional teams and meaningful projects that directly improve efficiency and operations.

This position contributes to our vision by:
Support the Supply Chain Team by performing any of the following duties:
* Assist with material planning, scheduling, managing customer order commitment dates, and updating production requirements.
* Review and maintain MRP data
* Support planning staff with shortage reports, supplier follow up, and order tracking.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and process documentation.
* Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement teams on cross functional tasks.
* Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership on supply chain and planning updates.
* Support various other Planning related tasks around daily execution of Production and Material Planning as required

Internships are 12-weeks in duration and 29 hours/week.

Qualifications:
Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
Ideal for 3rd or 4th year or post graduate students.
Computer Skills:
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Skills:
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, AWS, Sharepoint
* Experience or basic understanding of ERP systems (move to Preferred but not required)
* Understanding of basic supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory management, or procurement.
* Coursework or projects involving data analysis, process improvement, or forecasting.
Working Conditions:
1. Does require fluent communication in English language.
2. Employment Status may be part-time, full-time, or temporary.
3. Protracted or irregular hours may be required.
4. Relocation to another Safran facility may be required.
5. Willing to be on Site

The expected salary range for this position is between $22-$24/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
