Mercedes-Benz USA Technical Training Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities

Mercedes-Benz USA's Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team is seeking a motivated Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for a current junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering. This individual will join a team of program leads, recruiters, and instructors that live across the US. Responsibilities
* Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system.
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
* Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
* Create PowerPoint presentations.
* Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
* Perform data entry and data analysis to support decision-making.
* Assist with budget management.
* Assist with fleet logistics.

Qualifikationen

Required Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and planning skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Info:
* Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.
* Available from May 2026 to May 2027
* Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
* Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
