Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically wealth management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitions students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our wealth management business.

You'll get to

* assist with daily operational tasks supporting wealth management activities, including transaction processing, data reconciliation, and account maintenance
* support process improvement and AI initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the Operations team
* collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Client Services, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and streamline workflows

Your team

You'll be working in Nashville, Tennessee in our Global Wealth Management business. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* will graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027
* has analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you've organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports?
