Job Description:

During this internship, you will help support product and project management activities for Power Solutions. A few of your key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate and support key functions including strategic planning, product roadmaps and inter-departmental communication
* Contribute to team-led improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, optimizing cycle times, and reducing failures
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
* Help analyze data and prepare reports for management
* Perform various follow-up and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or Business (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Materials, or a related field).
* Minimum GPA of 3.0
* Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Ability to commit to a minimum 1-year internship period.
**This internship will be onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Analytical and structural approach.
* Work well independently, highly motivated, results oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to develop network in very complex company culture.
* Presentation Skills
