Overview The Leo Chicago Internship Program, recognized by Business Insider as one of the top 20 programs in the country, is designed to give bright, curious individuals the best, most realistic internship experience in the advertising industry. Our interns are embraced as contributing employees of the agency and are expected to deliver on the big campaignable Humankind ideas that the agency is known for worldwide. Participants work alongside the top talent in the industry. Program highlights include: Snack & Shares - Gain an understanding of the creative process and the role of each agency discipline. Intern Pitch Project - Experience the full life cycle of an agency pitch, and get hands-on skills in collaboration, problem solving, presentation skills, and work process. Cultural Gatherings - Join fellow interns and agency staff to enjoy the best Chicago has to offer. Responsibilities The Project Management intern will learn about how creative projects move through the agency, from creative development through to delivery/execution. Project Managers are the hub of communication among multiple partners including Business Leadership, Creative, Strategy, and Production and through this internship, you will flex your organizational skills, your resourcefulness, and your astute attention to detail. Qualifications This paid 10-week program runs June 1 - August 7 and is available to rising seniors, 2026 graduates, and career changers. Candidates must submit a complete application to be considered. This is a hybrid internship that requires 4 days per week on-site in our Chicago office for the duration of the program. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
