About the SAP Internship Experience Program
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you'll build:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Enablement, Communications & Change Management
Location: Newtown Square, US (EST timezone)
Expected Start Date: July/Aug 2026
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible 6 month extension
Work Hours: 30-40 hours/week (at least 4 days/week)
* SAP is not offering current or future visa sponsorship (includes no F1/OPT) for this role at this time
Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Author, structure, and maintain internal SharePoint pages, ensuring content is current, organized, and visually engaging for a global audience
* Draft internal emails and announcements that communicate clearly, professionally, and with the right tone for each audience
* Build and format presentations that convey strategy, updates, and insights in a polished, accessible way
* Write blog posts and editorial content that make complex organizational topics approachable and engaging
* Document meeting minutes and translate them into clear action plans with defined owners and timelines
* Transform data, reports, and briefings into charts, infographics, and visual summaries that are easy to scan and understand
* Support enablement, learning and change management initiatives that help colleagues across the organization stay connected, informed, and equipped
* Coordinate across a virtual, multicultural team
What you bring:
A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. * Education: Min. Bachelor's degree in Communications and/or Business Administration
* Eligibility: Must studying or be recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date)
* Strong written communication in English
* Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 - SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
* Visual and design sensibility
* Ability to synthesize and simplify information
* Awareness of how people respond to change
* Attention to detail
* Structured thinking and logical organization

The SAP Mission Control Center (MCC) is a global business unit supporting our customers during their most business-critical moments, ensuring business continuity and providing 24x7 exception handling. As our Enablement, Communications & Change Management Intern, you will work directly within a global virtual team, contributing to the content, communications, and change enablement initiatives that drive transparency, learning, and organizational agility. Your work will have real visibility, published to internal platforms and distributed to hundreds of colleagues worldwide.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in making complex information simple, who can turn a dense data table into a chart that tells a story, and who understands that thoughtful communication is one of the most powerful tools for guiding people through change.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 0-USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
