Job Description

As the Motorsport Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands-on experience in motorsport activations, trade shows, vendor communication, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Event Coordination & Logistics
* Lead early coordination efforts for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
* Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.
Partnership & Vendor Management
* Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE, WIMNA etc.
* Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.
Marketing & Communication
* Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
* Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, event, and media relations.
* Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.
Project Management & Process Improvement:
* Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
* Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
* Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
* Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a business related field.
* Minimum 3.0 GPA.
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
* Structured working approach to high quality standards.
* Able to work independently and self-driven person.
* Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
* Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)
* Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
* Copywriting experience is a plus.
