We seek a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team with experience/exposure to Gen AI services, optimize CRM workflows, and review consumer login and registration journeys.
What You'll Do For Us:
* Develop and review consumer login and registration journeys
* Develop and review consumer profiles to support progressive profile capability for The Coca-Cola Company's customer data platform
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Assist in managing CRM platforms to improve customer engagement and retention.
* Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for enhancement.
* Support the team in automating workflows and maintaining data integrity.
* Consumer Journey Review
* Conduct audits of consumer login and registration journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
* Ensure user journeys are intuitive, secure, and aligned with best practices.
* Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement feedback and monitor impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRM journeys align with business requirements.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
* Reporting and Documentation
* Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
* Maintain documentation on CRM workflows, and consumer journey updates.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.
* Experience/Exposure with AI content generation tools
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
* Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
