About the Role We are looking for a high-potential HR Operations Intern who is eager to learn, build, and innovate in a fast-paced, global environment. Summer Start Dates: May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities - Support end-to-end HR operations across: - Timekeeping and upstream payroll-related processes - Time off and leave management - Employment compliance processes (ex: I-9 workflows) - Employee helpdesk support - Deliver high-quality operations with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; proactively propose and implement improvements - Partner cross-functionally with other stakeholders to support operational excellence - Drive and support automation, and AI-driven initiatives, including: - Process optimization and workflow redesign - Exploration and application of AI tools in daily operations - Contribution to internal AI pilots and scalable solutions - Analyze operational data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making - Build and maintain clear documentation to enable standardization and scalability
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or related fields - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn - High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
