Role overview

The intern multimedia designer will support the creative team in developing engaging, user-centred design assets across digital and multimedia platforms. This role involves contributing to visual design, UX/UI deliverables, usability testing, and multimedia production while ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Key responsibilities:
* Contribute to the creation of final design assets (social posts, online ads, graphics, animations, storyboards, 3d renderings, UX/UI etc.).
* Conceptualise visuals based on requirements and pitch creative ideas to the internal team.
* Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.
* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams (designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers, qa).
* Creatively apply technology to solve business problems and enhance customer experience.

Design quality & consistency
* Deliver assets on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Positive internal feedback on creativity and visual appeal of outputs.

Collaboration & teamwork
* Active participation in team brainstorming sessions and pitches.
* Demonstrate ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Innovation & learning
* Stay knowledgeable on best-practice, updates, and new technological developments in the industry.
* Proficiency in current design tools and software demonstrated through project work.

Requirements
* Diploma / degree in multimedia design
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong grasp of adobe creative suite (photoshop, indesign, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro), as well as Figma.
* Decent grasp of 3d modelling programs and generative ai tools
