The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to join Polestar's Global PR and Corporate Communications team in our HQ in Gothenburg, for a 10-month, full-time internship. This internship will give you the opportunity to learn and gain exposure within a global PR & Corporate Communications team, in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation! As a part of the Global Corporate Communications and PR team, the internship will provide a rich experience as you will support across various functions and get to be hands on support in different projects. You will be part of a strong and supportive team and belong to a multicultural organization where every individual is valuable.

What you'll do

As a PR and Communication Intern, you will provide support in a variety of matters.

For example, your responsibilities will include:

* Writing and producing texts, e.g., articles (both for internal and external communication), social media posts, and press releases
* Support with administration and CMS tasks for the Corporate Communications team
* Provide hands-on support for internal and PR events
* Support and generate creative internal content - from idea generation to final content production
* Monitoring global media enquiries

Who you are

We are looking for a driven and service-minded star who is passionate about communication and topics concerning innovation, design, and sustainability. You can operate in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your organizational creative writing skills.
To be a great fit for this position we consider it is important that you have:

* Academic or practical experience in the field of PR and communications
* Very good level of English language, written and spoken
* An understanding for branding, PR and communications
* Excellent writing skills
* Experience working with film and video editing and content creation
* Experience with CMS platforms (managing, webpage/intranet creation, and admin) and social media content creation is a strong plus and differentiator
* Availability for 10 months
* Applicants must be based in Gothenburg, Sweden
