Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* use data and insights to develop new products, and liaise with delivery leads and stakeholders to rollout our solutions to multiple Contact Centers
* support senior project/product managers in their daily work
* support the creation of rollout plans
* create training material
* design communication material
* organize events around product presentations

Your team

You'll be working in the Personal & Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team, who is responsible for to transform, integrate and develop Contact Center related channels and products.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has excellent English and German communication skills
