Job Description:
We are looking for a Global Engineering Technology Intern (m/f/d) to join our team at our Schaffhausen site in Switzerland.

You will support the site Reliability Organization in the following topics in multiple departments:
* Analyze downtime data and identify poor performing equipment within the Parenterals Department
* Drive root cause problem analysis to identify issues affecting equipment reliability
* Develop and implement reliability projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of reliability initiatives
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to provide technical expertise and support for maintenance plans
* Adjust maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime
* Monitor equipment performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
* Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to enhance efficiency and optimize asset utilization
