We are looking for a motivated Front Office Host / Receptionist Intern to join our team in Lausanne. This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel operations, allowing you to develop practical skills in guest relations, F&B, front office administration, and customer service.

As a Front Office Host / Receptionist Intern, you will welcome guests from arrival to departure, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and handle telephone calls while ensuring excellent customer service.
You will work closely with the housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to provide a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
You will also gain experience in handling payments, maintaining guest records, and promoting the hotel's services and special offers. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Lausanne.
