Are you passionate about data analysis and financial markets? As a Working Student in our Market Strategy and Macroeconomics Team, you'll contribute to insightful quantitative research, enhance our forecasting capabilities, and support our data infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity to apply your programming and analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience with topical economic and financial market issues. If you're a student with a strong quantitative background and an interest in macroeconomics and financial markets, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Working Student within the Market Strategy and Macroeconomics Team your main responsibilities will involve:

* Help to define the quantitative analysis and model-based approach to covering the macroeconomic developments and equity, fixed income, and currency markets

* Improve forecasting capabilities of the team and provide accurate and timely data analysis

* Enhance and maintain data and software infrastructure

* Research topical economic and financial market issues, providing coherent and structured analysis

Your Skills and Experience

As a Working Student your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

* Master or PhD student in statistics, economics/finance, maths, physics or other quantitative science

* Excellent programming skills in Python or R or similar software

* Practical knowledge of statistics, machine learning and LLM models

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

* Good understanding of/interest in macroeconomics and financial market fundamentals
