Internship Full -Time Client Advisor F/M - Zermatt

Overview MONCLER is currently looking for someone who wants to join our ski resorts store in Zermatt as an Intern Client Advisor for a full-time starting from January 2026 onwards. The Client Advisor , with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, takes each individual client on a journey through our company values and cultural heritage; in doing so, the Client Advisor gains a good understanding of the client's needs and helps to build a long-term and profitable relationship. Together with the team, the Client Advisor is responsible for achieving collective milestones by helping to achieve their individual goals. Your Impact Tasks and responsibilities: · Ensuring a unique customer experience; setting the course for a long-term relationship; taking responsibility for all phases of the sale; being familiar with after-sales and clienteling and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere · Achieving excellent sales performance and results · Implement and support visual standards in the store in cooperation with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; responsible for replenishment and stock management · Active cooperation during the preparation and execution of inventories · Effective and enthusiastic teamwork; convey energy and motivation and be a reliable partner.
