Key Internship Domains Commercial Risk Solutions: The Commercial Risk team helps businesses manage uncertainties by identifying and mitigating risks through tailored insurance solutions. You will gain insights into how companies protect their assets, ensure business continuity, and navigate complex risk landscapes. Reinsurance Solutions: Reinsurance is essential in helping insurers manage large-scale risks, such as natural disasters or economic downturns. You will learn how our team supports insurers in structuring reinsurance programs, analyzing market trends, and ensuring financial stability for the industry. Wealth Solutions: Financial security is a key concern for both employers and employees. Our Wealth Solutions team advises companies on retirement plans, employee financial well-being, and investment strategies. This internship will provide an introduction to how organizations design programs that help employees plan for their future. Health Solutions: With workplace well-being becoming a priority, the Health Solutions team supports organizations in developing and managing employee health benefits. You will gain an understanding of how companies design healthcare plans, implement wellness programs, and promote a healthy workforce. Aon Business Solutions: The Processing Team plays a crucial role in handling insurance documentation, policy administration, and data processing. This team ensures accuracy and efficiency in managing key insurance-related processes, helping clients and internal teams operate smoothly.
