Job Objectives
The role of the Skywise Support & Performance Intern is to drive the digitalization and automation of the Support Team's performance metrics. By streamlining the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the intern ensures that the Deploy & Support Asia team can monitor its efficiency in real-time, identify operational bottlenecks, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement a real-time automation solution for tracking team KPIs, including ticket volume, product-specific issues, and resolution time.
* Develop "Critical Flag" mechanisms to automatically highlight tickets that are approaching SLA breaches or are blocked by specific technical hurdles.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of the tools and automated workflows created to ensure long-term sustainability for the team.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Deal Managers, Marketing Specialists to ensure the automated reports provide value to stakeholders outside of the immediate technical team.
* Remotely participate in syncs with colleagues with similar responsibilities across the APAC region.
Professional & Interpersonal Skills
* Be ready to work in an international context, collaborating daily with colleagues of different nationalities across multiple time zones.
* Demonstrate clear and transparent communication skills, specifically in English, to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* Possess a "Self-Starter" mindset, with the readiness to dig into detailed technical topics and solve issues with minimal external help.
* Demonstrate ownership, flexibility, and a will to explore unconventional means to solve issues.
* Possess strong programming capabilities (e.g., Python, or relevant data visualization/automation languages).
* Have a strong level of documentation capability, ensuring all code and processes are well-mapped for the team for future maintenance.
* Be well-experienced within data analysis environments and Google Suite.
