First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Supply Chain team based in Manisa Plant.
Responsibilities

* Contribute to near-miss, non-conformance, and corrective action follow-up processes
* Support waste management, environmental permits, and legal compliance tracking
* Assist in the collection and reporting of energy, water, and environmental performance data
* Support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training organization and awareness activities
* Contribute to HSE documentation, reporting, and digital system entries
* Take part in continuous improvement and EHS culture-strengthening projects
* Support field observations and risk assessment activities
* Support general reporting and process monitoring for WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) and Biomethanization facilities
Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
* Currently studying in Engineering, preferably in Environmental Engineering
* Fluent in both English and Turkish
* Available to work full-time in Manisa Plant between July 1 - August 31
* Proficient in MS Office programs
* Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
