And we're looking for an engaged, organized, and vibrant all-star People Experience and Development Specialist to lead the charge! Our next People Experience and Development Specialist will get involved in a wide range of projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Insider One a great place to work.
What You Will Do
* Play an active role in delivering new-hire orientations and onboarding experiences for both Turkey and global offices, helping new team members feel welcomed and connected from day one.
* Stay closely involved in new hire training follow-ups by tracking engagement, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement.
* Support the planning and execution of engaging PXD initiatives, including team-building events, interactive workshops, recognition programs, and well-being activities.
* Take part in the preparation and rollout of leadership and organizational development programs, gaining hands-on exposure to people development practices.
* Work closely with the Operations team to increase visibility and excitement around training sessions and PXD engagement activities.
* Assist with the tracking and coordination of budgets related to PXD initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
* Support the collection, organization, and reporting of team member satisfaction and engagement data, helping identify insights and improvement areas.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting internal communications and external initiatives that reflect the PXD culture and employee experience.
What You Will Need
* Able to commit to at least 3-5 full working days per week.
* Genuinely passionate about People Experience & Development, with a strong interest in working closely with people and creating positive employee experiences.
* Confident in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Organized and results-oriented, with strong planning and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, proactive, and resourceful in finding solutions independently.
