By joining Business Consulting, you will work on real-world business problems, develop analytical and strategic skills, and help organizations make better decisions that shape their future.

What you'll do:
- Support client projects
- Collect and analyze data- Formulate and test hypotheses
- Develop insights and recommendations
- Work on public-sector and business-consulting assignments

We're looking for:
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields
- Understanding of banking is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (Russian & English)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Fast learner, proactive and result-driven
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+
