[Internship] Legal Intern

Job Description

* Attendance of know-how sessions
* Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA
* Perform legal research in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.)
* Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards
* Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval
* Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers
* Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student major in Law during internship period
* Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is a big advantage
* Excellent in English writing and speaking skills
* Standard skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
* Strong academics
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Open-minded & Curious about business
* Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team
* Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance
