Job Description
* Position: Data analysis /Power BI Intern
* Department: PGHV Continuous Improvement
* Location: Bac Ninh
Main Responsibilities:
* Support development of factory dashboards using Power BI.
* Collect, clean, and consolidate data from Excel, ECS, and website sources.
* Support building and maintaining Power BI semantic models.
* Assist in data validation, and visualization.
* Publish and maintain reports in Power BI Service.
* Document data sources and user guides.
* Develop training videos for dashboards, data models, and CI tools (e.g., Power BI, KPI definition, usage guideline).
* Record screen demonstrations (Power BI, Excel, systems) with clear explanation.
* Edit videos (cut, caption, highlight key steps, add annotations).
Requirements:
* Final-year student or fresh graduate (Engineering, Data, IT, Industrial).
* Basic knowledge of Power BI (Desktop & Service).
* Good Excel skills; Power Query/DAX is an advantage.
* Logical thinking, careful with data, willing to learn.
* Basic English reading & communication.
* Basic knowledge of screen recording and video editing tools (e.g., OBS, Camtasia, Clipchamp, CapCut, etc.).
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and structured way.
* Basic design sense (clean slides, visuals, captions).
Target & Expectation
* Deliver at least 01 factory-level Power BI dashboard covering key SQDIC, published and used on Power BI Service.
* Build and maintain 01 semantic model integrating data from Excel and at least 01 system source (ECS or website) with clear relationships and measures.
* Achieve dashboard refresh success rate ≥ 98% with no critical data errors.
* Define and document minimum 10 items in dashboard including definition, calculation logic, data source, and ownership.
* Deliver first usable dashboard version by Week 8 and final validated, documented version by Week 12.
* Provide basic documentation for data sources, semantic model, logic, and user guide to support handover and sustainment.
* Outputs must support factory performance review, CI decision making, and BU reporting requirements.
* Develop minimum 3 training videos, including:Dashboard usage guide (end-user), Data logic or KPI explanation, System/demo tutorial (Power BI / process). Ensure videos are:≤ 5-10 minutes each, clear, structured, and easy to follow
