IT Product Business Analyst / Product Owner Assistant Internship Program.

🛠️ What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
Product & Business Analysis Foundations
* Translate business requirements into clear product backlog items
* Support requirement analysis to ensure feasibility, clarity, and impact of functional specifications
* Help gather, analyze, and document high-level and detailed product requirements
* Create and maintain product documentation, workflows, and internal processes
Product Discovery, Innovation & Customer Value
* Deep-dive into existing workflow features and functions, researching how they are used across the enterprise
* Analyze large volumes of product usage data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
* Simulate an end-user mindset to propose solutions that maximize customer and business value
* organize in Design Thinking workshops and product ideation sessions
* Actively contribute innovative, creative ideas for new features, improvements, and AI-driven capabilities
Data-Driven Product Thinking
* Support turning research, metrics, and insights into data-driven user stories and product designs
* Learn how to ask the right product questions and validate ideas with evidence, not assumptions
* Help ensure product decisions are backed by data, customer insights, and real usage patterns
Stakeholder & Delivery Support
* Serve as a coordination point among product stakeholders, development teams, and IT consultants
* Support Agile ceremonies, planning activities, and execution tracking
* Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and quality assurance
* Develop test cases and trace them to requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage
Execution & Continuous Improvement
* Turn research and learning into practical recommendations for new technologies or best practices
* Follow up actions until real closure, not just completion
* Learn how large-scale products are delivered with discipline, structure, and accountability

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Recommendation Letter for 6-months internship program from your University is a MUST.
* Senior or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
* Good in English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
* Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/ management.
* Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
* Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
* Pro-activeness (self-starter), good communication and fast learning.
* Good for logical thinking and problem solving
