[Internship] Logistics Cost Clearance Intern (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

* Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
* Process invoice for payment on time.
* Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
* Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
* Prepare monthly reports per supervisor's request.
* Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship majoring in Logistics or Supply chain management
* Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
* Eloquent in Japanese (N3 or upper), English and Vietnamese
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong communication skills, good English communication skills
* Proactive, hardworking, and independent
* Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
