Descrizione del lavoro:
1/ Main Tasks:
* Received bookings from customers/ freight team to handle shipments
* Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services
* Do data entry and cross-check Customs Documents
* Upload documents to VNACCS system
* Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers' system.
* Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD)
* Support billing process
* Other reports
2/ Requirements:
* COMPULSORY: Students (NOT fresh graduates and still being students for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, with 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study, is acceptable.
* Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
* Background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics
* Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
* Good at MS Office
3/ Working Location: 11th Floor, eTown2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
