Join our team in Amanoi. Anticipate guests' needs through observation and interaction, and share guest preferences with Butlers for guest profile updates.

Promptly respond to calls, messages, and requests from assigned Butlers or team members.

Support the Butler team in delivering services such as unpacking, packing, light laundry coordination, and shoe-shine service when required.

Cooperate closely with Butlers and Butler Supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

*

Maintain clear communication with the Butler team and other hotel departments.

Act as a support link between the Butler team and operational departments when required.

Ensure accurate communication of guest requests and preferences
