Shoptab Flash Sale team is dedicated to managing flash sale operations on TikTok's Vietnam e-commerce platform, with the goal of improving both the user shopping experience and the overall GMV of the Vietnam site. By thoughtfully designing flash sale inventories, offering subsidies, and implementing effective traffic strategies, we strive to assist merchants in accurately connecting with their target customers, thereby enhancing overall user satisfaction. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Manage and support the day-to-day operations of TikTok flash sale events. - Oversee merchant onboarding, product audits, scheduling, and allocation of channel resources in line with established standards and guidelines. - Collaborate closely with the SMB team to engage a diverse range of merchants and improve flash sale participation and effectiveness. - Support inventory planning for flash sales and conduct analysis on merchant selection

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Demonstrates proficiency in data processing and analysis - Possesses strong English proficiency and is able to use it effectively for workplace communication - Able to commit to a full-time internship (5 days per week) for a minimum duration of 4 months - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively toward shared goals Preferred Qualifications: - Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL and R - Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency - Experience in e-commerce, particularly in supply and assortment management If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
