[Bosch HcP - Internship] Quality Management System & Method Intern

Job Description

* Assist in the digitalization and organization of quality management documentation and records Bosch central directive.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS - HcP Process Compass.
* Support to organize QMM event (team building, 8/3, 20/10, teacher day, ...).
* Support to follow up Q-method topics (internal and external audit, BBM/PS Process Compass Changes, QMS KPI update, 14Q,...).
* Support for organizing workshop of projects (Q-mindset, Preventive Quality, PSD,...)

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Last year student major in Industrial Management/Quality management/Economy, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
* Good at reading, writing and communication in English
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Presentation, PowerBI).
* Good design skill/video making and familiarity with digital solutions in documentation are a plus
