Business Developer is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining key relationships, and supporting revenue expansion initiatives. This role involves conducting market research, developing and executing business strategies, managing outreach efforts for B2B partnerships, and overseeing community engagement and pilot programs. The position also requires actively pursuing new sales opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support sustainable business growth. The individual is expected to dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to the role, with the detailed schedule and allocation of hours determined through mutual agreement with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Lead outreach initiatives for B2B engagement, including sales outreach and partnership development.
- Manage community engagement activities and pilot program coordination.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Commit a minimum of 40 hours per week to performing the responsibilities of the role, with scheduling coordinated in agreement with the company.

Requisiti del candidato:

- Native or fluent proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam for online meetings and virtual collaboration.
- Stable high-speed internet connection suitable for video conferencing and remote work.
- Comfortable using common remote work and collaboration tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in a virtual setting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to take initiative in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Ability to coordinate across different time zones and maintain consistent communication with the team.
