My internship in C-punkt hostel in Ljubljana covered everything I had studied in Business management and Human Resources. I was trusted to work in every aspect of the hostel: making a survey for employees, solving problems in the workplace, implementing more efficient systems for reservations, making an employees book to improve the training of new comers, writing a weekly newsletter... I learnt a lot about managing a team, making systems more efficient and managing a hostel in its whole.
