Es una pyme la cual creció mucho gracias a la pandemia, pero sigue teniendo la mentalidad de una pyme pequeña. Los dueños no han hecho el cambio mental en sus cabezas para poder crecer y así ser mas eficientes y mas que nada no tener tantas perdidas como tienen hoy en día.
El staff de la empresa esta compuesto por personas que llevan mucho tiempo el ella y se resisten al cambio. Es muy difícil poder hacerles entender que no siempre como se hacen las cosas es la mejor manera y que no siempre ellos tienen razón.
Si sos una persona que solo sabe seguir ordenes es una empresa para vos.
