Overall
Now it becomes easy to access any educational material through the online platforms and the e-libraries, everyone can be exposed to the same books and articles equally all over the globe. But who will make the most use of it, who will develop and be able to evolve his/her interpersonal skill? .This where NBS (Nottingham business school) stands out, it is not just lectures and workshops; it is a whole experience. Addicted teamwork which is looking after each student to make sure that these students are well prepared to become an adding value to the community and their families. For those individuals who dream big NBS will lay their feet in the right triggers to make these students able to chase their dreams with passion and armed with the proper knowledge. That was my personal experience with NBS.

“The University for everyone”

Overall
The nottingham Trent University is what you make of it. It has opportunities for everyone to grow, from learning to dance to starting your own company, mental health support to bloomberg programs to learn about stock markets.
During my time there, I have learned inside and out what puts a business together, from knowledge of accounting to company culture. I specialised in marketing, but this overview gives me a holistic approach. Various projects tested me and made me apply theoretical knowledge to practical tasks.
I believe it has prepared me for the world of work and I have come out the other side a better person.

Course recommendations
My main regret was that there was no opportunity to cross faculties. I was a business student but I would have loved to do photography or journalism as elective but that just was not possible. It also reduced the quality of the exchange program as I was a logictisc student and there was no opportunity to study that in the Business School, though distribution is offered at another faculty

Personal comments
NTU and the English system in general focusses too much on theory. Essays for example had to be argued through the theories and modules of published authors. I felt that student insight and individuality were blocked by this, and in fact it made writing boring.

Everything is great, I felt really welcome this last year however the students union has failed to be a place of contact as you can never get ahold of anyone.
