Personal recommendation
Universidad del Salvador is one of the 3 bigest private Unis in Argentina. Academically is not wow!!! but it's a friendly uni and the students (middle-class) are nice. I won't recommend this uni if you study politics, law or economics. Then go to UBA or BELGRANO, wich are stronger.

Universidad del Salvador has a class system like a Highschool so it will b easier to develop a good and long relationship with your classmates. You don't need to be in an International Students group.

Lots of places, parties, etc... goin' on. Students clubs are on Avenida Cantilo, across UBA's Ciudad Universitaria. But bein' so many things goin' on in Buenos Aires by night it's better to try differnt places everytime. San Telmo (nice bars), Downtown (after-hours), Placita Serrano, etc...

The best way to have fun while studying in Argentina is to share a flat with some of your class mates.
