Academic life needs more push on the resources front, like the library. Though it has been well-stacked more books from other parts of the world, offering diverse perspectives would be great.

Personal comments
Acco at the UNL is quite satisfactory if one goes by the location. London is an expensive city and I guess the cost is not really on the higher side but more facilities to students would definitely be welcome.

You can get 30% discount on monthly travelcard for buses and trains. Transports in London are very expensive, so apply for this discount it will save you lots of money. Don't buy books, they are very expensive and you can always find a copy in the Uni Library. The Library at the Uni of North London is excellent, you will find everything you need to succeed in your studies and for free!

Quite a likeable place, lots of Asians around, mostly Indians. A very multi-cultural kind of environment but hard work must emanate from the students themselves.

Carry medicines as health care is the most expensive business in UK. Try not to let your routine get spoiled by the night life and socials. Balance the two and beleive me, learning will be a lot more fun. Enjoy London!
