We had a cafe intended mainly for events of international students but also many other people were present. Its name is Cafe Europa and you can be sure to find all nationalities and a good mood all the time!

All of the courses were offered in English, a huge advantage over trying to learn the materials in Finnish. The University also offered a series of survival courses that were positive to the environment.

I like rock&roll music, so I ought to recomend club as:Doris, Ruma or Camel. Otherwise, you also have got other nice clubs and pubs for dancing or taking a drink.
Moreover, there are special acts during the year, as the "bapoo" party, in which all the citiziens take part on this party.

The accomodation was provided by the organisation called TOAS. TOAS rents very nice rooms and you can really rely on this organisation. My room was very spacious and there were also some basic furniture.
