london is very well located for trips within Canada as well as to the US. Make use of that, London is not that exciting.

It's a very high quality university and if you want and show some effort you can learn a lot. If you expect your exchange-term to be a "party-term" this is definitely the wrong university.

For me it was the ultimative highlight of my student career. The university is exactly that type of university I always dreamed to study on. In addition, London(ON) is the perfect place to start travelling. Amazing Cities like New York, Chicago, Toronto and Montreal are within reach!

I knew it would be cold, over there, but I did not expect it to be that cold. So take really warm clothes.

Go there for an experience in North-American education and for the courses. If you are planning to party you can better choose another university as nightlife was not that good in London (ON)

Take warm clothes in the so called "spring" period. Average temperature is -10 degrees Celcius.

I personally was there in the fall term. At least with european universities this fits better as the semester at Ivey goes from September to December. The spring term might be conflicting with your program at home as it goes from beginning of january to end of April and the courses for the spring term have to be selected roughly until before the preliminary fall term.

It is a great university and deserves the top 25 status among world wide business schools. The university takes great care about your decent arrival and introduction into life there.

A school that provides plenty of opportunity
Zain A
Canada,
Business Studies, 2023
Overall
My time at Western University and the Ivey school of Business has been one that is filled with a plethora of opportunities and really supporting staff and faculty.

I was always given the chance to try new things and was never barred from new experiences. There were so many different clubs to join and I was always having fun.

The courses for the most part were engaging, but repetitive at times. However, the professors and faculty were engaged in their work and provided me with a lot of support in my 4 year journey.
