Main mission:
Under the direct supervision of the HM.CLAUSE Kenya Country Production Manager, implement, support, monitor and ensure continuity of the assigned projects following GSPP & SHIELD crop production protocols for our home farm and farm-allocated crops.

Essential duties:
* Support the Climate control Project - Collect and interpret climatic data in the greenhouse in order to give recommendation and improve growing conditions.
* Support Out-grower Projects (Flower Production) - Assist in developing crop production protocols at farmer level and any other out-grower project as maybe assigned from time to time.
* Support the irrigation data analysis and interpretation.
* Support Safety Projects - Participate to the realization of the Safety Assessments and the Internal Risk Assessment.
* Maintaining complete and exhaustive reporting of all projects & process

Experience:
* Basic level experience in Agriculture related field
* Knowledge of greenhouse cultivation.
* Knowledge of seed- management (Optional)
