Sales & Marketing Specialist H/F

Beschreibung:

The mission covers Czech Republic and Slovakia region.
The candidate will be supporting Sales and Marketing activities for the after-sales department of IVECO ("Customer Service") within her/his geographical perimeter.
The candidate will have to be very organized and able to set priorities in a multi tasking environment.
The candidate will be a strong support for the sales team in participating in on-field visits, setting up various network animations (campaigns, challenges, etc.) from the first draft to the final deployment and be the main responsible for organizing meetings.
The candidate must be willing to incorporate in his agenda office tasks while travelling when needed.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Sales Reporting and administration
Sales and Marketing Reports
Price quotations
Dealer special deals
Key account backup administration
Market intelligence (Sales, Margin, Market Shares, Products Trends…) and Sales Actions recommendations

Promotion / Communication Definition And Deployment
Sell In / Sell Out Programs (Central And Local Action Plan)
Marketing Supports (Brochures, Point Of Sales, Materials, B To B/C Documentation Digital Communication…)
Incentives / Challenges
Network Animation
Ensure Deployment of All Actions, Tools & Supports

Events (Plan, Organization, Participation)
Fair Trades
Dealer Meetings, Internal Meetings
Convention & Others

Development of new distribution channels
Increase the penetration rate of IVECO Market platform among Czech and Slovak dealers (IVECO official marketplace)
Take ownership and develop authorised workshop and subdealer channels

Ihr Profil:

Master degree in Marketing/Sales/Business (University or Business School).
1-3 years of working experience.
Experience with data reporting and sales analysis.
High proficiency level of English is mandatory (speaking and writing).
Serbo-Croatian, Bulgarian or Hungarian language are a strong added value for this position.
Mix Marketing and operational marketing tools (direct marketing, communication, sales & marketing actions, digital…)
Excellent written communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt style to suit different communication channels and audiences.
Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail - Office Pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Web and other graphical-design tools will be appreciated (ex : Adobe pack, Mailchimp)
International open mindset.
Trainings or experiences already done into an international context will be appreciated.
Sensitive to sales and marketing environment.
Experience in online marketing appreciated (especially with marketplaces)
