Job Description

You are joining our Client Relationship Management team, which is looking for a Client Relationship Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
The Client Relationship Management department is composed of 4 people in Paris, 4 people in Hong Kong, and 2 people in New York.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the correct handling of operations concerning Global Markets premium clients, in conjunction with the GMO production teams (Trade Support, Middle/Back Office);
* Producing and analyzing client-oriented KPIs;
* Defining, with all stakeholders, action plans to improve quality;
* Conducting client interviews to assess service quality;
* Acting as the primary point of contact for Sales during the onboarding of new clients, for new products, or for any other inquiries;
* Overseeing the successful settlement of transactions for EMEA and France clients;
* Monitoring the "follow the sun" system in conjunction with international CRM members;
* Preparing weekly & monthly reports.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You have very good interpersonal skills and a good capacity for listening. You are dynamic and have a service-oriented mindset. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
