Job Description

You are joining the Global Settlement team, which is looking for an Operations Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Acquiring knowledge of post-trade operations management;
* Identifying areas for improvement;
* Developing and implementing technical solutions (VBA, Python, etc.);
* Cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You have a good team spirit and a taste for Market Finance. You have knowledge of VBA and Python, as well as a strong interest in development. You possess interpersonal skills, are comfortable with communication, and have a good perception of your work environment. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
