The Opportunity

PwC Cyprus, in collaboration with the CIM-Cyprus Business School, offers high school graduates the opportunity to join a 3-year Apprenticeship Programme, combining part-time university studies and professional work experience at PwC.

What you need to know

As part of this Apprenticeship Programme, you will study part-time at CIM-Cyprus Business School toward a BA in Accounting & Finance, while gaining practical work experience at PwC. In your first year, you will work part-time, transitioning to full-time employment in years two and three.

Throughout the programme, you will be exposed to real client work, collaborate with professional teams, and build the foundations of your career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Upon successful completion of your degree, you will be considered for a permanent role at PwC, along with sponsorship for the ACCA qualification.

What You Bring

* Final high school grade: 17/20 or above (Must have selected the "Economic" path in high school)

* English proficiency: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent / 17/20 in school English

* Fluency in Greek

* Strong IT Skills

* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

* Team oriented

* Commercially aware
