Job Description & SummaryThe Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing documentation for both companies and individuals to ensure full compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role operates across multiple countries globally, requiring strong knowledge of local regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify non-compliance risks early.

* Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance Review
*Review both Company and Individual documentation to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements specific to each country
*Verify that case decisions, narratives, and supporting evidence align with local regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
*Flag and document any instances of non-compliance for remediation and escalation
Country-Specific Regulatory Knowledge
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for all assigned countries
*Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that may impact case review processes or team SOPs
Documentation & Reporting
*Ensure all compliance review findings are accurately documented with clear rationale
*Produce regular compliance reports highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas of concern
Escalation & Risk Management
*Identify and escalate high-risk compliance gaps or regulatory breaches to the Team Lead, SME, or relevant stakeholders
*Assess the severity and potential impact of non-compliance findings and recommend corrective actions
Quality Assurance (QA) Support
*Collaborate with the QA team to align compliance checks with quality review processes
*Provide compliance-related input during Quality Huddles and team training sessions
*Support the development and refinement of compliance-related SOPs and checklists
Public Holiday & Weekend Coverage
*Provide operational coverage during public holidays as required to ensure business continuity
*Support weekend work during peak operational periods to meet client SLAs and deadlines
