* Blade production process management. Ensure have a steady process.
* Engineering Change management. Follow group requirement
* Problem solving to the issue facing in workshop
* Reduce DM cost
* Build good communication with R&D. Build good channel for technology communication
* Support FAI audit
* Support MT in plant
